Position Objectives
Provide transportation services to aid in improving conditions for the individual and/or family.
Duties and Responsibilities
Employee will work in coordination with departmental staff to assist those in the community with a transportation need. The primary areas of involvement are transporting clients to and from destinations such as medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores etc. Reports, logs and inspection sheets are filled out daily on the services provided each client.
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver's license is required
