Duties & Responsibilities

1).  Train new employees:

  • NC Fast System

  • Policy for applications and re-certifications for Food and Nutrition, Family and Children Medicaid and Adult Medicaid.

  • How to determine eligibility and key applications and re-certifications in NC Fast System.

2).  Foster Care and Adoption Assistance:

  • Determine eligibility for Foster Care and Adoption Assistance Medicaid.

  • Key applications and re-certifications.

  • Maintain caseload

3).  Must have good leadership skills:

  • Know all policies for Food and Nutrition, Family and Children Medicaid and Adult Medicaid Programs

  • Be comfortable managing groups

Minimum Requirements

Must have knowledge of all Medicaid and Food and Nutrition Programs and at least one-year experience as an IMC II.
