Duties & Responsibilities
1). Train new employees:

NC Fast System
-
Policy for applications and re-certifications for Food and Nutrition, Family and Children Medicaid and Adult Medicaid.

How to determine eligibility and key applications and re-certifications in NC Fast System.
2). Foster Care and Adoption Assistance:
-
Determine eligibility for Foster Care and Adoption Assistance Medicaid.
-
Key applications and re-certifications.
-
Maintain caseload
3). Must have good leadership skills:
-
Know all policies for Food and Nutrition, Family and Children Medicaid and Adult Medicaid Programs

Be comfortable managing groups
Minimum Requirements
Must have knowledge of all Medicaid and Food and Nutrition Programs and at least one-year experience as an IMC II.
